Sync Operations

Trigger full or incremental synchronization with ClickUp.

Space IDs (Optional)Comma-separated list of space IDs to sync. Leave empty to sync all spaces.

Full Sync

Synchronize all data from ClickUp. This may take several minutes depending on the amount of data.

Incremental Sync

Synchronize data from the last N days. Faster than full sync for regular updates.

Days to Sync

Metrics Calculation

Manually recalculate monthly metrics for all users. Note: Metrics are automatically calculated after each sync.

Recalculate Current Month

Recalculate metrics for April 2026 for all users.

Recalculate Previous Month

Recalculate metrics for March 2026 for all users.

Important Notes

Full sync should be run initially and periodically to ensure data consistency.
Incremental sync is recommended for daily updates to reduce sync time.
Synced data includes: Departments (Spaces), Users, Tasks, and Time Entries.
Large workspaces may take several minutes to sync completely.
Metrics are automatically calculated after each sync, but can be manually recalculated if needed.
